Registration
Registration fee is $55 per player (early registration on Fun Day is $50). A $5 late fee will be added to registration forms turned in after the General Membership Meeting (GMM) on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the HRAYS soccer field complex (Middleton Community Center in case of inclement weather).
Forms received with incorrect fees will not be processed. Make checks payable to HRAYS (Hatchie River Youth Soccer Association). If you are paying with cash, make sure you place the completed form in an envelope and seal it, clearly marking the envelope “HRAYS SOCCER”!
Forms may be returned in person to the following locations: 1) Centennial Bank (Middleton and Bolivar Main offices - Night Depository may be used) or Simmons Bank (Middleton branch only); or at GMM on Fun Day. Registration forms must be received with payment before player selection coaches meeting, which will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Cash App: $HRAYSoccer- You MUST include in the description the name or names of the players you are paying for.
